Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had high hopes for this stay but found it to be quite disappointing. The villa we stayed in was not clean, and the surrounding pool area could use some attention. On the upside, I loved the beautiful nature around the resort and enjoyed the 4WD tour, which was a highlight of our trip. However, the problem with dining hours and slow service made it less enjoyable than it could have been.
I had a really disappointing experience at this resort. The rooms were in terrible condition, with multiple leaks due to faulty air conditioning and gutters. The food allergy management was also inadequate, leaving me feeling unsafe during my stay. While there were some positives in terms of staff friendliness, the overall state of the facilities and the lack of care for dietary restrictions really diminished my experience.
We had some ups and downs during our stay on Fraser Island. The location is stunning and offers unique experiences, but the accommodation was outdated and the service left much to be desired. Additionally, the unexpected extra fees made the stay feel less value for money, especially during peak season. However, the scenic transport to the hotel was a highlight.
The resort offers a perfect getaway with plenty of activities for all ages and stunning beach views. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. However, while the rooms were functional and modern, they could benefit from some additional amenities. Dining was fantastic, especially the seafood offerings, but the breakfast could use more variety.
Our stay was quite the mixed bag. On one hand, we loved the beautiful surroundings and the luxurious feeling of the resort. The restaurant served fantastic food, making dining a delightful experience. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with several staff interactions not meeting our expectations and some logistics being inconvenient. Overall, it’s a lovely spot but could use some improvements in service and organization.
